I've only taken my dog in a few times since moving here recently, but every time I'm impressed with the care provided. They really do make the effort to keep both me and my dog very calm. My last visit i scheduled to follow-up about a seizure he'd had- likely due to idiopathic epilepsy. Both the vet and vet tech were very empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. The vet gave me the information and reassurance I needed. All the staff I've interacted with, I've never doubted whether they are in the right field.

We had a not so routine check for our large breed dog, who is also geriatric at 13 years old. She had a large cyst burst externally on her back. The doctors were very prompt in seeing her. They removed some stitches that were put in place from the emergency vet clinic prior. They Were able to give us guidance about next steps they are very professional, clear, thorough, and very caring. At no time did we feel rushed or unheard. They answered all of our questions And we’re able to meet our needs while still putting the needs of our pet first And ensuring that we understood the entire process. We very highly recommend North end pet Hospital and Will continue to use their services for future pets.

This vet clinic has been all of our our dog's vet for 20+ years. They are kind, good, and gentle. All our dog's have been happy to go there as have my husband and I have. Real good folks all around.

I have had the best experience at North End! The staff is always so friendly and so eager to see my pup! We have been going to Dr. Dana Morganroth for Acupuncture appointments for our dog with IVDD for almost a year already. My pup loves Dr. Dana! She is the best!!

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for my two cats. One of my cats is special needs and I always worry about finding a good provider for him, and Dr. Morganroth was absolutely perfect. She was kind, gave me plenty of recommendations for care, and was so good with my special needs cat he actually fell asleep during his exam instead of panicking like he usually does. Dr. Morganroth had thoroughly read the medical history for both cats and I didn't find myself needing to repeat any information because I could tell she was really looking at the whole picture. I am so relieved that I have a safe place to take the boys for their appointments! I highly recommend NEPH and Dr. Morganroth!

I was able to bring my boy in last minute when he became extremely sick overnight. The entire staff was very sweet and helpful. With the right care and meds, he recovered quickly and was back to normal in less than 24hrs. Thank you again!!!

North End Pet Hospital has been an absolute lifeline for our family and our four pets. We have two dogs and two cats, and each of them has very different personalities and needs, but North End has consistently met every one of them with patience, clarity, and genuine care. This last summer we also lost one of our dogs, Sherman, to cancer. They had been his primary vet before we lost, which makes their compassion mean even more to us. After we had to say goodbye to him (at an emergency after hours vet), the team at North End reached out to check on us and sent flowers. In the middle of heartbreak, that kindness was unforgettable and deeply human. It spoke volumes about how much they truly care not just about animals, but about the people who love them. Our dog Kyro is getting older and has been dealing with lipoma-related lumps (which caused me to panic and think he had cancer after the loss of Sherman, but they helped communicate all care options and calm me down). He’s also experiencing age-related changes. The team at North End has been incredibly thoughtful in how they approach his care. They never minimize our concerns, but they also never push unnecessary interventions. Instead, they clearly explain what they’re seeing, what it could mean, what our options are, and what the realistic outcomes might be. We always leave feeling informed, supported, and confident in the decisions we’re making for Kyro’s quality of life. Our kitten Ash is… wild. Curious, chaotic, pushy, and into everything. Even with her endless energy, the staff treats her with patience and humor, and they take the time to explain kitten behavior, development, and what’s normal versus what might be concerning. We never feel rushed or dismissed, even when our questions feel small. Our older cat, Axle, can be a bit of a grump, especially at the vet, but North End has always handled him with respect and understanding. They recognize his temperament, adjust their approach, and communicate clearly

We just moved to WA from another state where we had the best veterinary clinic for our two dogs for their entire 7 and 8 years of life. We were skeptical that we'd find another clinic we loved as much as our previous one, but we were so wrong. The front desk, techs, and the wonderful Dr. Morganroth made our first visit here great! We're so happy to have found such an amazing new clinic close to our new home. Thanks North End Pet Hospital!

I Recently had to put my cat down this last week and this vet office was so sweet and understanding and walked me through all the options with professionalism and compassion. They gave me a room immediately when I walked in so no one had to see me cry and they gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. There was no rush and they were so kind to me. I was an absolute mess and they were there for me in a way no one could be because I was alone doing this. When I got my cats remains back they had everything packaged very nicely, everything was wrapped nice and they gave me multiple copies of paw prints and even have me nose prints as well. They also included a bag of her hair too. They included a grief packet and they had the boxed remains in a very fancy bag as well. It was all very nice and professional. I would say this vet is a little on the pricey side for regular care but that’s the price you pay for high quality work for your pets. They helped my cat up to the very end and there was no point where I thought they were taking advantage of me. The package I paid for for the euthanasia was very cheap as well so that was very nice to have. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone searching for one.
